Anyway to get these ships anymore? Saw a friend playing with one and immediately wanted to get the game, but they say they can't be claimed anymore. (if this so im just gonna uninstall shortly after its finished downloading).

Thanks Ryuu, Unfortunately, the contract and agreement with the ARP content ended in 2017. This is why the High School Fleet content is now available and replaced it. Please check the news portal for any future announcements or updates but we do not expect this content to return anytime soon.

they are mod installers tools

Don't have a direct link for ARP mod, pretty sure should be one on official forums, modding subforum.
There's a guide about Kancolle mod on Steam.
Or just try Aslain mod pack, it has anime skins, maybe ARP as well, i don't use it personally.
