Hatsuharu has been down in the gutter for the past year and a half
but if you want the shiratsuyu then all means go for hatsu

you mean the hatsuharu worth it to grind through to get the shiratsuyu

Shiratsuyu is god tier basically a shimakaze at tier 7

I used Hatsuharu instead of Fubuki in one ranked season because it's a bit faster and more invisible, making good spotter. Fubuki was great before the Big Long Lance Nerf.
