Problems with the installation of Aslain's WoWS Modpack Steam
Hello friends!....
I have installed WOW from Steam and I use Aslain's WoWS modpack 0.8.3.1v05 <the last update>, I have used previous updates for a few weeks and I have had it installed correctly in the folder ... C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ World of Warships \ bin \ 1427460 where the client is located. I have executed the commands as indicated by the robot installer and I have run <the executable file log.exe> for the creation of the * .zip to unpack the necessary repositories in the same folder of. \ ... \ 1427460 \ Aslain_Modpack and that at the time of the start of the game load, but now not !!!! ..... The game runs but DO NOT LOAD ANY MOD !!!! ... it's as if I had not done anything! .... Is someone with the same problem ??? What is the problem? Does anyone know how to solve it? I've tried everything ... and I'm not a newbie in systems but this is the last! ... Regards

As you've discovered with every update the folder changes, so always add mods to the highest number folder.

Folder structure changed as well, so modpack makers need to adjust for that

The same seems ... I'm reading in the forums <I never go, because it is rare that I have problems> ... but I read many people dissatisfied with the performance of Wargaming with Steam and developers of mods like Aslain's and ModStation , this last one that does not recognize the client automatically.! regards

You're right! .. without more laps uninstall WOWS I made a new installation so that I could run ModStation without errors. I was excellent and without headaches! ... The other, it was!

i recently tried to find the wow client for modstation but it can not find it. can someone tell me how. I downloaded and run thry Steam.

ModStation should detect the correct folder automatically.

it doesnt for some reason and i when i click on mods tab in modstation - nothing happens

you have to be lucky for modstation to detect the client, but generally it detects it with a clean installation, that is, you install the game alongside the modstation and you don't open the game until you first run the modstation and recognize the client, I write it to you with the experience of many who have gone through it. In truth, use the WGcenter better, which is simpler in every way. Now the Aslain´s mod is very difficult to install if not impossible with steam !. Make your life easy don't get complicated .....

also i did download it directly into WG but it doesnt allow me to keep any of data from where it was setup in steam.

Is this the WGC that is in today's news as of April 21? I don't understand it, is it going to migrate you from the steam log in to the official WOWs.net log in system? I don't feel like taking out a ticket if my account does not transfer correctly or worse lose my account.
