Research Bureau in the Armory?

It says you can gain things, get stuff, under the research bureau in the Armory. My section is blank where everyone else has that link in teh Armory? What am I missing?

Do you have 5 tier 10 ships researched?

I never really did understand that limitation of needing 5 T10. I have to grind like 3 more lines for that.

I personally wouldn't recommend resetting immediately once you have 5 T10s. Research Bureau is intended to be endgame content where people with nothing to grind has something to do.

Because it doesn't make a lot of sense to reset lines if you have just a few T10 ships, especially if you're in a clan — won't have non-rented ships for T10 clan season, etc.
So gotta have something in reserve.

Right now they are creating new techtree lines faster than I can unlock them... Russian BB's a few months ago, French DD's now, Italian CC's inbound. Not to mention subs... and I do not yet have one carrier at tier 10...
At this rate I will never get to the bureau - but then I may choose not to reset. Ohio sounds nice but 5 to 7 lines for 1 ship seems a bit much.

Well that is my choice to reset lines. I have 3 T10 ships and I don't want to play any of them. GK is no where near as fun as FdG, Moskva is nothing like the Donskoi, and I don't even want to play the DM. I have 3 T10s that are sitting fallow because I don't want to play them and cannot use them for anything.

WG is actively stopping me from enjoying part of their game by placing that 5xT10 limit on me. It's their decision and their loss I guess. If they are cool with that then I guess I just have to deal with it.

TL;DR: You need at least 5 T10 ships to unlock the Reseaech Bureau in the Armory and receive a complimentary reward of 10,000 research points.

Is this research bureau, in a nutshell, grind down each line again to earn a new type of currency?

I read the link and thats pretty much how i read it. Dont think il have to worry about it for a while anyways my top ship is still a T8 lol
