How do we open crates/containers?

I've gotten a few, but I can never find the place to open them.

In the port there should be an icon and text "Containers" in the left upper part of screen, do you see it?

Oh, I see. I switched from the WoG account to Steam, so my account is brand new. Maybe I need a few levels before I can actually access them. Thanks.

Yeah, it's possible. You need level 4 to access them, it's quite quick.

I read this too late, LOL. I'm playing as we speak and just hit level 4. Thanks though. :P Is there at all a way to let you zoom the camera back more for screenshots? If I try to zoom back twice, it goes to the over the top view

Not sure… I'll check later if some old hotkey still works while ship is not destroyed.
But after death you can fly around taking any screenshots, lol

Try LAlt+LShift+Num 0, it worked in earlier versions, you could even dive underwater with camera, i liked that view, but now it's not possible with any camera

Yes, that is correct. Players need to be at Level 4 and above to access and open containers from the deck of the Red Oak Victory Liberty Ship. Good luck!

Unfortunately, that does nothing except add some markers to my screen and zoom my aiming in.

Eh, i guess it was disabled :/ Then i don't think you can make screenshots of your ship from longer distances while it's still alive. For balance reasons - it might help to look around the corners to see enemy more clearly.
