using heals will not cost you more, so use them
just like taking damage doesnt cost extra, same cost for a destroyed ship as a ship that never gets shot
so get shot, so you get payed for potential damage
only thing you pay extra for is ammo, so finishing off the last enemy with ramming is a sensible financial decision
The service costs were increased by a lot and the repair costs were removed, that's why you have to pay a lot just to play t10 ships.
Why is the amount of credits you have to pay so high? Playing tier 10 was supposed to be very expensive so players play mid and low tiers a lot to farm credits. The idea behind this was to keep these tiers full of players.
But nowadays, you can just buy a permanent camo for t10 ships for 5000 doubloons. That's worth 2 months of premium time, but since it reduces the service cost by 50% AND increases the amount of credits you get by 20%, that camo is key to playing a t10 ship without having to farm credits at lower tiers. Depending on how well you are doing and if you are also using a premium account in addition, you might actually be able to farm credits with a t10 ship you like to play.
I think he means that he doesn't use premium consumables. That's something everyone should do, however. It's easier to get better results (and thus more credits) by using premium consumables.
If you do have the perma camo already (not every camo reduces the service cost by half, it has to be the 5000 doubloons one), and it's still difficult for you make credits even in combination with a premium account, we should have a look at the detailed reports. Because the amount of credits you get depends on what you shoot and how you play.
Would you mind sharing some screenshots of your post battle reports? The detailed report (how much damage you did to what ships, how much potential damage you got etc.) and the credits report are the important ones. We can analyze why you get only few credits or might have lost some if you had used premium consumables, and help you to earn more.
Winning doesn't matter for credits. Only your personal performance matters. And you should never ever buy silver/credits directly for real money or for gold/doubloons. That is always a horrbible deal.
As i said, if you share some of your post battle results (the "Detailed Report" and "Credits and XP" screens in particular), we can analyze why you don't get more and tell you what you can do to change that.
the lower tiers have damn good profits
tho honestly in my roon i also tend to get 100k profit per game minimum, its just the the prices go up significantly and xp gain goes up too making unlocks faster then buying the upgrades and modules
It should, yes.
First, the Georgia is tier 9 instead of 10, therefore the ship has reduced service costs. Second, it should count as a premium ship and therefore have a much lower service cost than t9 tech tree ships. Third, relative to their tier, the Georgia is a better ship than the Montana and thus should give you better results on average (again, relative to the tier), and that means, more credits.
