In my opinion South carolina is the worst ship in game i could deal more damage in a tier 1 cruiser than this tier 3 battelship.
Edit:reason it has huge range 12-15 km i think but it can only reliably hit things in 4-7 km range anything longer than that and good luck trying to hit something.
Edit 2: it only has 2 turrets while the other bbs of most other nations have 4 or more

It can't hit anything. Your target can be 6km out and all your shells will splash around the target. When you do hit, it will most likely be overpens. Worst boat I've played by far.

Dmitri Donskoi terrible arcs terrible guns at its tier (but worth to grind through moskva is godlike)
York dont know where to start everything is terrible on this thing
New Orleans (before it got buffed it was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ^^ dont know how it is after the buff)

No, i'm a big fan of IJN destroyes and get good winrate on them, except for kagero - it's about 30%. It's slow, too few torpedoes with even number and slow reload, but it can't rely on guns. There's nothing except low visibility.

Chester is by far worst ship in the game. Luckly its a tier 2.
