Manual for the World Editor?

Hi, I have problems with replacing OSM buildings that exist in the fairway I try to create. In the Netherlands) there are in real fairway connections (due locks) in an existing causeway (named the Afsluitdijk) separating Lake IJssel (being the former Zuider Sea) from the Wadden Sea. I don't know how to replace already existing buildings on the game map, the in game pop-up information is (for me) insufficient and vague. Is there a manual available for working with the Sail Away editor? If yes, where can I find it?

The advanced way our waterworks work are a bit too much for Sailaway to handle, even after all this time. Replacing buildings is quite a challenge, just keep trying and inform us of your progress please

I gave up to edit the Lorentz locks into the game world. My little project is too difficult for me to finish. I don't have a clue how to replace OSM tbuildings (representing bridge structures) exists at the same spot where I tried to create at Kornwerderzand the fairway from Lake IJssel to the Wadden Sea. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kornwerderzand
