Boat name
Hi guys,

I have a problem or a bug.... the boat name disappears each time I start the game. So, I go to the boat editor and the boart name reappears. But when I quit the game and come back, the name has left the boat.
Do you have the same problem? This problem concerns only 2 of my 8 boats.
I tried to erase the boat and create a new one but the problem is still the same.

Any suggestion?

Did you set the opacity slider when positioning the name? Should be set to like 90 % for a start.

I got almost the same problem. Homeport name is GÖTEBORG but the game changes it to GÃTEBORG every time i logged in. I could change it back again but the problem shows up again next time i start the game... Guess some settings dosnt accept Swedish lettters... :steamhappy:

And Norwegian :-). My boat named "Synnøve" is also always spoiled for the "ø".

same here with opacity at 100%. Its gone after closing ssailaway.

It's a strange issue. I have some boats that keep the name without issue and some that vanish every time I switch to them. To bring them back, all I have to do is go to Boat Customization > Boat Name, and it shows up. That's not a huge hassle if you're not switching often, but if you're running a few ships, it's tedious.
