Customize a Boat or create?

This looks like something I would really enjoy. Does it allow you to build your own? I'd like a 65 foot gullet. Being able to traverse the world in practice runs sounds great. Does the Atlantic do seasons with tropical storms and hurricanes? Does it mimic NOAH in almost real time?

You can't build your own boat, boat setup in general is pretty complicated so this is something we can open up to players yet.

The weather around the world is based on real-time data, generally correct to 3-4 hours.

I'll just chime in and say that I'd love the ability to get my own boats in the game! I've been creating models of my real boats in 3D for a while, so having the option to integrate them in the sim would be amazing! But I'm a former game dev as well, so I understand the reluctance to open it up to the players very well.

I'm just crossing my fingers that this is something that will open up eventually. I'm sure as heck looking forward to virtually cruising in my IF and Ballad during off-season. :D

Is there currently a model for any 65 foot variety or a gulet or a ketch? All I see are catamarans and midrange racing sloops. Great about mimicking the earth's weather and waves that is an enormous attraction.
