Report a translation problem
W/S - pull/ease main sail
W/S (with line selected) - pull/ease selected line
A/D - left,right
ArrowLeft/ArrowRight - see A/D
ArrowUp/ArrowDown - see W/S
PgDn/PgUp - cycly through cameras
LeftCtrl + LeftShift + U - hide UI (no more mouse-look-around then atm!)
Numpad-/Numpad+ - when hovered wiht mouse over map, map zoom, otherwise see W/S or ArrowUp/Dn
MouseRightClick - look around
MouseLeftClick - select item
MouseLeftClick & Hold - use select item (drag in the direction you would drag the line to see effect)
MouseWheel - pull/ease line when line selected, hovered over map = map zoom
Did I miss something?
Note:
As these are subject to change (EA) or were just introduced with the latest patch, a guide at this point would likely require a higher maintenace effort then just to wait for the final keyboard layout.
But feel free to post the list above somewhere.

Here are some map abbreviations, which people might also find useful (thanks to the in-game chat for these - in-game chat is really friendly and I'd encourage everyone to ask questions if you are unsure).
BTW - bearing to waypoint
CUD - current direction
COG - course overground
TWD - true wind direction
With mouse over map, +/- to zoom in/out
