Questions at the end?

It's one thing to keep calm during the practiced presentation, and another to keep calm during followup Q&A. Could something be added in to include audience members asking random generic questions at the end? (Possibly allow a friendly vs hostile crowd slider, that changes the bell curve between friendly and hostile questions)

note [sd: means a dice roll based on the number of slides in the presentation]

Example random generic questions:
- "Could you please explain slide [sd] in more detail for me?" (friendly)
- "How did you initially learn about this topic?" (friendly)
- "So, what comes next?" (friendly)
- "Slide [sd] challenges my views. Please explain the flaws in it? (hostile)
- "Have you REALLY thought through slide [sd]?" (hostile)

etc.
