missing arma gems?

hello i'm at a point of the stories where i need 10 arma gems to progress but things is i only got 9 i have the maxima dlc so i got all the champion mirajewel and champion medals and i did all other intervention. so i'm wondering if the dlc kinda broke the game with not putting enough arma gem and me spending it all in the wrong place. I'm at my second playthrough since i lost all save file in uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but in my first playthrough i never miss any arma gems and i spent them all without any care. Please tell me i won't have to restart from the beginning again.

You can get more Arma Gems in the Ex Dungeons (albeit that's up to luck) and from the Colosseum's Test of Might.
