Tamamohime Memento missing; bug? (spoiler!)

I'm in the end game, I did all the ex dungeons, I did the colliseum and defeated Enna Kros, I did all the quests from the girl, but I'm missing the Tamamohime Memento. Tamamohime even shows up on the board from Tama but is not accessible. I did not pay attention when I did the quest to defeat the ninetails.

Is this a bug?

That doesn't make sense... How did you see Tamamohime without unlocking?

Claim revards from Adventure > Miniventure Log.
The game literally told you to claim the reward for "Vestiges of Time" from adventure menu.

I know, it's easy to miss.

As you can see in the last screenshot I don't see this quest. I'm playing the German version, but the quest should've been between "Ein ehrenhaftes Duell" and "Hochzeit, wo warst du?", but it's not there.

I guess I'll blast through the story again in NG+ and see if that helps.
