I just got the game for free today. Go to the resource folder and edit the woff_confing to manually change the screen resolution if the WOFF_config doesn't work for you.

WTF!?!?!? Is no one playing this anymore? There are no new threads and all this ♥♥♥♥♥ doesn't work since the last big Steam update where they raped the user control to death. There's no more fu cking control over our leased games. THAT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE!!! There is no option, when right-clicking your game, to configure your game or access the configuration tool. Here is the proper way to resolve these "issues".
Launching Game Fix:
1. Right click on "WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY" in Steam Library.
2. Navigate to Manage>Browse Local Files.
3. Right click on "WOFF.exe"
4. Click "Properties"
5. Click "Compatibility" tab. (if this doesn't show up, try Shift+Right Click on Step 3.)
6. Tick the box "Run this program as an administrator.
7. Click Apply.
8. Right click on "WOFF_config.exe"
9. Click "Properties"
10. Click "Compatibility" tab. (if this doesn't show up, try Shift+Right Click on Step 3.)
11. Tick the box "Run this program as an administrator.
12. Click Apply.

Run "WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY" in Fullscreen Fix:
1. Right click on "WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY" in Steam Library.
2. Navigate to Manage>Browse Local Files.
3. Double click on "WOFF_config.exe"
4. Input desired settings.
5. Click "Confirm".
6. Lanuch "WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY".

Show Controller Layout (instead of keyboard) Fix:
1. Launch "WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY"
2. Open "Config" menu in Title Screen.
3. Change "Command Guide" to "Controller Type" (instead of "keyboard type")
