How can i fix this problem?

Graphics settings cannot be adjusted once the game is launched
In order to adjusted graphics settings, please use one of the following methods:
1. Click "PLAY" to launch the game, then select "Launch Configuration Tool."
2. Right-click WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY in your Library, then select "Launch Configuration Tool."

But when I do, Is still the same :(

Do NOT start the game first. Just right click on the game in your library and click on the option that says Launch configuration tool, after that change your settings and click "Confirm" and than start the game.

ได้แล้วครับ แค่กด enter ก็ได้เลยครับ มันแค่แนะนำเฉยๆ เราข้ามมันไปเลยก็ได้

So this didn't fix this situation for me. Memory did you ever find a solution?

my keyboard was not working. I was able to by-pass it last night when i plugged in a controller.

OK!!! HOLY FU CKING S HIT!!! After hours trying to get this to work in 2021 (after right-clicking no longer gives an option for config tool!!) I have found the answer. After clicking play (through Steam, though not sure if this is required, just the way I did it), 2 options will come up. Top option: Play WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY; and the bottom option: Launch (Chinese symbols)! That's the fu cking one to click! Jebus Kryst! When some of us see Chinese symbols we just ignore them, for good reason. Ooo look at the pretty lines.

bro. i just downloaded this game and was like how the hell i do this. your comment is the best. really. i saw the kanji letters and was like not picking that. and well. as you mentions it was the way to go. lol thanks so much

These are not Chinese characters, but Japanese. So first understand what the scriptures look like and then write nonsense ... Knowing the languages in the world is essential. In the Japanese Final Fantasy game Chinese stamps, well, I can't haha.

For those who still can't launch the config tool for some reasons, like I couldn't, here is another solution.
Go to your game installation folder, then resource folder: Steam\steamapps\common\WOFF\resource, here, copy "woff_config" file and paste it in Documents\My Games\WOFF\xxxxxxxxxxxx\ (where xxxxx is your steam ID code) there should be your savedata folder there. Then open the woff_config you juste pasted with your notepad and set the resolution you'd like.
i couldn't manage to get fullscreen working from there, so I used https://github.com/KasumiL5x/Fullscreenizer with which you can apply borderless fullscreen to any app's window.
