Couldn't select it when starting fresh, I suppose you need to finish the game and get into newgame+!
40€ was the price i paid for WoFF on Vita.
Then you know that games never have inflation ? If video games did have inflation then a AAA would cost 90-100€/$ today. That's why DLC was a "necessity" for video games industries because it costs far more money to make a game now than 20 years ago.
I want all games to have 24fps, but it doesn't happen.
Same with what you want.
So please, follow my example, and learn how to abandon that wish ^_^
Do you keep your level and gear or does it start you fresh?
You keep your Level, you keep your equipment, you keep most of your mirages and quite a few other things. The nightmare mode can enabled/disabled in the settings at any time in NG+ as soon as it's available (after the tutorial... if I remember correctly, it was in chapter 3).
I assume by TGF you mean TGS, if so... it had a presence there, but the western outlets didn't really pick up on it too much (SE did a major live streamed panel on it, that was basically 3/4th the Maxima DLC/Switch port and then some token announcements for the FF ports for Switch, that had already been covered in the Nintendo Direct prior).
I would also add that I think the balance changes are actually available to everyone for free as part of the pre-Maxima patch, I kind of tuned out when they talked about that patch on Monday's dev stream though so I might be mistaken (however the notes on PS4 for that same patch mention balance changes and Maxima stuff as separate items so that would point to it being included whether you buy the DLC or not).
No! Don't need it anyway. Turn based, slow action game.
...I would say that if not for one thing.
You can make the battles here in WoFF to be Full-Active-Time, and all action select and turns happen seamlessly, which means you need to pay attention to battle in real time and react with corresponding shortcuts.
