grinding spots post 1st ending?

So I completed the first ending of the game and am trying to do the 4 intervention quests to get the big bad boss guys on side, buuut I feel the need to grind more first, where's the best place to do that given that castle exnine is locked right now? Help and time saving much appreciated!

The best option is only available after you beat those intervention quests so i think you should train in one of the areas like the chain bridge or crystal tower and that should be sufficient. Actually most of those quests can be beaten fairly easily, if you use a particular strategy for each fight.
