Seriously? It didn't even occur to you it could be graphic card problem? You did not realize the invisible stairs to Crystal Tower? Or no waters etc.?
Sadly no there's no fix, I've tried every way I could with AMD settings etc. The only thing we can do is to wait.
I haven't had any game breaking bugs up until the Figaro scenario in Chapter 21. I know it's not required to continue the game, but I didn't want to continue without getting Maduin.
You can use Cheat Engine to help make beating this easier if you can't see the tiles. I'm not going to go into a long explanation on the ins and outs of using CE, so read a primer on that before delving into this.
Here's the gist of what you'll want to do to locate the correct memory address:
* Load up the mini game with your characters positioned on the map
* In CE, change the Scan Type to "Search for this array"
* In the Value field, type the following: (without the quotes) "03 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 01 00 00 00"
* Click First Scan. (My scan found a bit over 300 results.)
You're looking for two addresses that are within 12 bytes of each other. (In my case it was 0497B430, 0497B43C. Before I was able to narrow these down, my two addresses were in the 044XXXX range, so they may always appear in the 04XXXXX memory range)
* On the 2nd 12 bytes (e.g. 0497B43C) in the search result window, right-click on it and choose "Change Value of the Selected Addresses" (or CTRL+E)
* Change the value to (without the quotes) "01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00"
This will leave only the large-type enemy alive with one health, so you just need to track it down and kill it within the 10 turns without losing any of your units. The game bugged out and went into infinite turns when trying to set all of their health to 0 so that's why you have to leave something alive.
Hope this helps those being plagued by the AMD video card issues.
At least I luckily get it.
It's because they wanted to compete with NVIDIA's overlay. Also, there's no way to turn off AMD's overlay:
