Explosive with a makeshift timer

So. How do I use it? I've come across a door covered in rubble and I want to blow it up using the explosives. I can't seem to use it in either of my slots, I can't use it by selecting use on the piece of rubble either. When I select use whilst hovering over the explosives in my inventory it comes up with the timer... with shows a 0:10... is that minutes? Seconds? Do I then drop it and run? Last time I tried to use one of these I forgot that I'd started the timer... then a while later it exploded in my inventory (messy death) so I guess that it's 10 minutes rather than ten seconds?

Hello! First digit is a minute and two second digits as a seconds. So if you set timer on 1:15 the bomb will explode 1 minute 15 seconds later. You need to set time and drop bomb to success your mission :)
