Slogg / Yog-Sothoth - Corpse vanished!?

Hi - I recently finished the Slogg (or Yog-Sothoth ... I couldn't seem to find a consistent description about this thing through my searches!) ritual at Otradnoye. Killed it, but then I couldn't loot or skin its body. Figured that it must be due to hallucination, so I rested for a bit until it wore off, but when that happened the body's gone and couldn't be found at the site! I saw in one of the "Let's Play" videos on YouTube that the body would remain at the kill site but there's no loot (but the guy wasn't wielding a knife or ax at the time). I'm playing version 1.111. What did I do wrong - was it a bug that the body vanished? Any help would be most appreciated, thanks!!

In one of the earlier builds of the game his corpse remained as you seen on that video.
In one of the newer versions of the game it was added that his body vanishes as soon as you lose toadstool effect.
It was never possible to loot him as far as im aware.

You did nothing wrong and im sure that there will be no consequences of cosmic horror in Trudograd... i hope... :)
