the other option was to find a bra belonging to the guard's wife but that's under development or something

Sorry, my apologies. I was looking for a soldier to guard the entrance to the bunker. I quickly overlooked that it is a building attendant that was watching an elevator door, and he demanded 7,000 Rubles.
FUN FACT: in real life, even if everybody in the town knows about the bunker, that dosen't mean the guys that initially built the structure wanted people to know about it...so some areas will have a degree of concealement ...even if the game makes it sometimes painfully obvious regarding which is which or makes the job easier for us - it's a post apocalyptic game and we get a bunker as our own that's obviously in your face not highly concealed
