Hi. Got a quest for the above. Been trying to find them but not much luck. Found 5 in roaring forest. Will they respawn & how long before I return back for more? Thanks.

Walking around, especially outside of "Mysterious Cave" might generate some random encounters with them.
However, there are plenty of them (and the big ones for another quest) in "Wounded tourist tunnel".

There are also small spiders with the big spiders in the quest involving clearing out the spiders in the Krasnoznamenny sewers. Most likely, you will have to rely on random encounters in the forested southwestern region of the map where Fogelevka is located. While you are doing that, make sure to save beast fangs from any wolf/bear/leshy encounters in the region, you will need 30 for another quest.

Random encounters. Easiest way is to camp anywhere on the world map and rest for 10 minutes at the time. That is easiest way to find spiders, ants and other low level enemies that become less common on higher levels.
