Dude you are not helping... This quest is kinda unfinished, I mean I understand he is scam, but it could have been something more than this - it just feels empty with the outcome like this. I got the same feeling while doing the human trafficking quest - it could have been so much more, pity really.
To be honest it is a matter of quest design - this is game, not a real life. The outcome leave the player with unfinished feeling, but this is just my opinion.
