How to win the tattoo competition?
Hello. I keep failing to draw a proper tattoo at the part where an action requires a specific amount of dexterity, intellect, and attention. How much should my dexterity, intellect, and attention, be? Thank you in advance.

8/7/7 should be enough, but I'm not sure if you can go lower with the dex or int check as I've never tried. I know for sure however that 6 att is not enough.

Darnation! I can increase my dexterity to 8, but my attention and intellect are only at 6. But can I even increase these 2?

You can increase att with a miner helm, walk around the metro until you get an encounter with some stalkers fighting demons or rats. There's a very high chance one of them has a miner helm on. I just let them die, haven't tried killing them myself.

I don't know of any way to temporarily increase int.

Did you drink the 2 serums and fish the goldfish? Int can't be increased but for the rest you have pizza and stims

Thank you, you're an angel. :O I found the hat (by killing innocent stalkers in a random event), so I got my attention at 7. Then I ate 2 sweet rolls and got my dexterity to 8. And that dexterity was high enough to help me quickly redraw the sabotaged sketch. Wow, thanks a lot!

I found both the serums. I have never found the goldfish, even when I had boosted my luck up to 11 and then did the quickload thing. :P
