After saving up 90 skill points to allocate for testing, I found that Oleg will buy bottles from you at precisely 175 Barter skill.

The dialogue said 50 rubles, but I didn't have a bottle on me to check.

Thank you for the science. I lost count of how many times I increased my barter and tried again. Would never have imagined the value would be so obscenely high.

Well, considering that with 90 Barter I've been selling the glass ones for 3 rubles. I'd say 175 barter is quite reasonable to get 50 rubles.
