Report a translation problem
I always go right next to Fidels bar and talk to her, works every time.
What you actually have to do, it turns out, is to select the standard option to dismiss her "Its time we parted ways". What this does (in her case, and her case alone I suspect) is trigger the quest resolution dialog from her and Fidel (if he's in your party) leading to Fidel saying she's got a job at his bar and her saying great, I'll go there etc.
I suspect this will work from anywhere in Krasno or the suburb once you get her there, although I did from inside the bar.
The problem is this is the last option I would ever use because logically (well, logically to me anyway) using the standard companion dismissal option on her like that would automatically fail the quest and she's just disappear or at least not end up safely at the bar. Why should a special dialog be hidden behind the standard dismissal option?
Really, there should be a separate dialog option to trigger the event to avoid this confusion or the dialog should trigger automatically soon as you get her to the outskirts of Krasno.
Anyway thanks for the solution
