What is 'Fang' for?
it is expensive but i don't know how to use it where can i use it?

It's just barter food. There is one quest to gather 30 of them in mountain pass of woes, but even then it's just for a small reward, and is completely skippable.
They can be a good price comparison item for trading though, if the merchant will buy it for 100 you know you have the best sale prices.
