Classes.....well, i have a build that works for all possible classes, i mean you don't have a lot of diversity but you have a lot of options to branch out with certain quests, special items or just being a good guy

No, they went the way of the classic Fallouts on this mechanic. With the difference you can give them instructions while on your own turn, by telling them to be agressive or defensive, attack this or that target, and so on.
I guess i can skip this one then. Realy wantet to play a new RPG and i am open to new mechanics. But this was proven bad so often in so many Titles that is save to say this sucks.
PS:there are aditional ai improovements &content currently in the works based on a message i got from a dev regarding the current state of the ai tactics...
