Bag of jewels quest still not complete?

The recent update dropped and the jewels still cant be turned in. Just wanted to bring it to your attention

hmmm, seems I missed that quest completely...

Could you please lend me a hand and share the location where the quest can be started ?
Probably it's a place that I marked as "completely explored" in my mind, but some new stuff was added with the latest patches.

After one of Dans quests, the one you informed in the starting town will show up outside of Dans office. Just talk to him and it will get you started on the quest. Only if you join the factory though

thanks, that explains it. I took the other approach, double crossed Dan and killed the guy.
However, usefull info for a different playthrough ;P

well that means you can't return his stones to him... but you can still get the stones

Since he's dead, he can't tell me where the gems are in the first place.

Also, wish dead bodies with emptied inventories were removed from the game after a while, I killed him over a month ago. Same with the giant spider Hexogen killed in Red Fighter, it's still there after the town's been "cleaned up".

Same here. I have the bag and Grishka is sitting in the bar but i cannot hand them to him. The only dialogue option is: "I didn't get the stones yet. Hang out here for a while".

Please fix.

Same problem for me. He won't accept the stones even though I have them, and the single dialogue choice makes it seem like I don't have them yet. I've tried w/ them in my inventory, and both left & right hands holding them...no difference.

EDIT: And now it worked...The only difference this time, was that I had been given the mission by Simon to head to the Old Bridge. Not sure why that would have made any difference. If it did not, then the quest I suppose is buggy.

Just playing 23.09.22 and it's still there...

I've managed to complete the quest. After talking with Grishka I figured out that my quest isn't updated. So I went back to Peregon to Ostap. He didn't want to talk but my quest got updated. I came back to KRZ and gave stones to Grishka for 250 rubles and some exp. Done. Quest completed.

I've managed to complete the quest, but tbh, that's such a lousy ass reward for the runaround that it was. That man can sit there for all eternity, I'm flogging the gems lol. 250 rub is joke.
