Mountain Pass

So in Fogelevka where the truck driver to the mountain pass is, I was talking to another person when I was given an option to attack after finding out he was a former murderer. Welp, I attack him, and the truck driver to the mountain pass tried to intervene (not a good idea on his part.) So now that he's dead, how do I get to the mountain pass? I can't take my car?

EDIT:Solved. After inspecting the truck it said something about needing about 30 liters worth of gasoline, and I had about 22 liters in the trunk of my car. After scrounging up some more I approached the truck with 30 liters and was able to drive through the pass myself!

Yeah... that's my problem now, stuck in the pass, no gas. I read that there is 30 liters somewhere in the bunker in the mt., looks like the developers thought this one through, at least. I'm hoping I'm not stuck.

Yeah, my quibble with this is, why didn't the truck already have gas? It should have had a full tank.

There is. For both diesel and gasoline.

But to access the bunker, you need to finish the bring back daughter quest in Old Castle first and then ask for the guide in Caravansarai to get you there.

Also, the bunker is big. So you'll need to explore a bit.

I found 29 liters of gas in the bunker, which seems like an FU from the devs because they know you need 30 to get back if you killed the driver. As CRPG luck would have it, I had ONE extra liter of gas I was saving for chainsaw ammo. So I made it back, and in short time, beat the game. It sucks, you get the really awesome weapons, and ability to use them, right at the end of the game.
