Weight Bench

Does using the weight bench in the player base raise strength?
I did the agility option and got XP and used the bench on the lowest weight setting but then it says I'm done.
Do I have to do each weight level to raise strength or is this just a fun thing to do with no benefits?

Drink some alcohol to rise str to 8, set weight to max and see what happens.

my strength is already 8 do I have to wait to drink alcohol to raise it to try the bench again or did I screw up and can't use it again?

riase up str to 8 with alcohol, set up 80kg weight and do 4 trainings 1 per day, and u will get bonus +1 str for 40 days
