He's got a good selection, and his stock rotates. But it's super expensive. I've only made ammo purchases so far.
There's way too many ways to spend money in this game :-)
2. Try to avoid the Krasnoznamenny Weapon shop except the armor shop which often has best rare armors that are very hard to find. The only good about Kras Weapon shop is ammo.
3. Save scum is your friend here. Go on the overwold until you encounter caravan or reload.
You can also save scum before visting Kras until the armor shop has best armor like Bulletproof vest. The shop will refresh after you have been away from Krasnoznamenny for a while.
In the early game (about the first 10-15hrs) you should avoid combat at all if the enemy is not a rat or bug and just travel to all places and do the "talking quests".
