Should i spend point in fast learning skill?

Give extra 3 skill points per lv. Now every level i get 21 skill point. What is the max lv this game can reach?

30 i think with mutch Grinding.
In a "normal" Playthrough (without Cild Prodigy) you will End the Game around lvl 21-25 i think.
You need 2 lvl to get Fast Learning so you get around 19x3 Skillpounts extra = 57 skillpoints equal around 3 lvl on skillpoints at the End.
I think its worth it.

Unless you want to finish that line to get +20% XP no point in taking that ability because its easy to level up to get skill points but it takes ages to level up to get abilities and you will waste 2 abilities to get ~60 skill points.

Jokes aside, due to raising perk costs, you can't afford to waste them unless you cheat. All chars should get Praetorian, then you should probably go down the rifle tree, it's by far the most powerful.

Yes, in my opinion that perk is good, i took that and the perk to see enemy/companion health and weapons in combat.
If you really want to have all skills leveled up fast you can take that early first and then catch golden fish to get 11 INT, that way after a few hours of playing you get 30 skill points per level up wich is crazy.
You can skip Pretorian on main character because you can easily buff him or give him the best armor and i use rifles on him anyway, the companios have praetorian.

Rifles or LMG(light machinegun) is an old argument, personally i think LMG are better in general because they deal more damage, have an area of effect, can critically hit with each bullets and in general, more usefull because combat tends to be close/medium range.

Rifles....you have to go for the critical perk line wich limits your build and you also have to have a good distance away from the enemies. The aimed shots are good but not great and they are cost effective.

In the end it's about choices, pick rifles with critical perk line or LMG with any perk line or praetorian. You will finish fights a lot faster with lmg

100% agree... specially if you play without companion exp is high enough to get you to level 30 dont waste your ability point on some useless perks if this is 3x ability pts that i think i would grab it.... boom glove ftw lol way to op too bad i cant get the additional 20% dmg for perk for crafted item bcoz the lack of abilty pts
