Death Tunnel question (Spoilers)

At the end of Death Tunnel there is a computer. I assume it is a controll computer for nukes which was back then. I can't use it as I am lacking the necessary skill. Am i missing out on just a few XP or is it worth coming back later?

Hijacking this thread, does anyone know the code for the save you find in one of the offices in the first section?

The code is written on the pic of a dog you'll find in one of the other offices. Cant really remember the exact level of skill needed to hack it/unlock it, since my char was over 100 in both tech and lockpicking when I got to that place.

Spent waaaay to much time roaming the map and killing bandits/critters for xp for that place to be a challenge at the point I was there.
