Help me with Puzzles Im not smart enough to figure out (Spoilers)

I suck at puzzles. There I said it.

In the bunker theres some vine covering the entrance to the cave area of the bunker. Hans letter says the combination is in my name.

I picked the lock so it doesnt matter, Im just wondering what the solution is to the combination.

Cube: So I tried to open the cube thinking that you just had to get the numbers to add up to 21. I did it and no dice. How does this puzzle work?

For the cube - you need a total of 21 clicks, then to inspect the cube. 7+9+5 = 21

Might be worth fixing a bug/exploit here:if you keep resetting the conversation you get experience for both Per and Att checks each time.
