player's car - spoilers and tips needed

ended up next to the scrapyard - i didn't get the quest to save Lenin's statue yet buuuuuut any chance in getting the car without massacring everyone there ????
any options, tips and tricks or any useful advice on getting the car & parts it needs????

Nope, you had to. It is the only car in the game you can drive.

I've been playing 122 hours at the game and still don't figure peaceful solutions....BUT you may be able to get in if you are high barter skill, because when I talked with ginger mutant I had two options in dialogue: first was using speechcraft - to give the statue peacefully and the second answer was using barter skill for trade with mutants, but my barter skill was too low. So this is only my speculation...but..maybe... ??? :-)))

Anyone any other ideas?

Yo I feel you just got back to the game I made tons of backups to make really sure I wasn't just detroying a chunk of the game by murdering those damn mutants. I killed the minimum and took the car. didn't get the lenin quest either the guy is not there. so we can murder them without locking quests or anything ?

Audie Murphy=> didn't try post 1.0 but the peregon car thing ended up on a cliffhanger in alpha, don't know if this has changed.

if you have high barter you can pretty much buy all the scrap BUT it will cosy you 120000 R and they all leave so no massacre but still 120k rubbles
