Hidden Quests Thread

From what i remember so far there are few hidden quests;
1. Slaver Guard; requires you saving truck driver of slavers from execution. Event appears on fishing pond west of Otradnoye at night. You must choose ''why are they trying to kill you'' line then move to border talk to bearded guy. This will trigger your quest log.

2. Krazno Fashion Guy; there is guy named Boris in Krazno, who is a fashion designer. Inner city area; walk around, he asks for 10 wasp fur. No quest log triggers.

3. There is a prof. walking around the are you find Boris. You can talk with him and agree to fund his book. 10.000 rubles are required.

4. Mortician Drugs; there is a blond mortician inside Krazno Hospital, wants to drink to forget his sarrows. If you accept his drug you will get huge amounts of XP, if you dont accept you can milk XP whenever you bring booze to him.

5. Moonshiner's ill worker; you can cure this dude simply by doing stat check. Gives you all the fuel he has on him to cure his ''illness''

6. Slaver porn/butcher/slave trade joint aftermath; You get this quest from a mailman in Krazno. He wants you to dismantle the porn/butcher shop in Peregon city. During this quest you will find a list of people. You can confront these people about the joint. Finding and how you deal with them is up to you.

7. Dream journal; You can find a guy who is sleeping but he cannot wake up. Reading his journal triggers a response from Cadet. You need to find the shaman who gave him the potion. No journal trigger till you find the shaman.

8. Summoning creature from other dimension; This is a task. After you complete book seller's quest you can get an interesting book as a reward. If you follow the instruction you can summon a creature. Killing it yields huge amounts of XP and fight is not that hard if you are not alone.

9. Waste paper collection; Triggered by talking to journalist with black suit and fedora. He asks you if you are up to a job. İf you refuse his request he will never ask it again. You need to collect 500 waste paper. But not at once. Whenever you are in Krazno just give him the papers. Offers mone for each paper.

10. Peregon Guard who is afraid of spiders; easy task, you either kill the spider for huge XP and it lowers your luck stat or you can just be caring share bear and pick spider up. Little xp and 50 rubles. I was expecting some small spider in my inventory but nope.

11. Spending enough time with certain hooker unlocks cache spots all over the map.

These are all the quests i remember right now. There are honorable mentions like; talking to gay bandit about female bandit(Dunya). But those are too obvious. Aside from that always carry at least one source of meal, water, ciggy and a joint. Some NPCs can ask for these if i remember right giving these right away awards around 80 xp on expert. They never ask for these again if you dont have these items.

Also there are some sexual acts, you need to do some speech/stat checks. I should tell you guys some of them are worth over 200xp(total sum) on expert. Which is roughly a medium quest XP in this game.

There are couple of more tasks like this but i keep forgetting them. Feel free to post what i have missed.

inner city, opposite of hospitable, apartment building. There is a table near the sleeping man. Read his journal.

Woman in white walking around the day behind KRZ gates; talks about husband with issues, husband is in the same area. You need 50 First Aid, easily reached by buying a book from the nearby store. Gives a little exp and 20 cigs, good trade fodder that early in the game. Return to wife for additional exp. No journal entry afaik.

That's also the trick I never noticed. I'm not sure what this refer either.

The definition of secret would need a bit of clarification, the Moonshiner worker is hardly a secret quest. A list of quests/tasks would be as much helpful.

It's Belladonna, she works in Krasnoznamenny. You have to be brave and do her without rubber.

The loot is nothing exciting, not really worth the effort, you're better off hunting slavers or clearing slaver camps.

Thanks, don't remind her. About "hidden" quests:

1. A writer in a KRZ building at his desk only at day, request help to publish series of novels. Once you have done this quest, you'll start see books of the series to buy in shops/caravans. In quests log.

2. This quest is available only when the previous is finished. A painter in Peregon ship, past dogs combats area, he should illustrate the writer books with pictures, and request you find some information. In quests log.

3. Old woman not far from entrance of police station at KRZ, she isn't always here, she is there by day but when exactly I don't know. She will trigger a small quest related to policemen guarding entrance of police station. In quests log.

4. At player character level 10 and more, a NPC will appear during daylight near Lenin statue, he gives you a quest with a junkyard. This one is hardly secret but because it gives two very special unique rewards. In quests log.

5. In Fogelevka there's a black woman that comes in town and go at tavern only by night, she has some story and gossip about Black Goat Cult, a KRZ NPC is involved but I hadn't found anything triggered. No task but an interesting dialog and some XP to get. Nothing in quests log.

This Fogelevka NPC was already here before KRZ catacombs was added. The KRZ NPC I evoked was here before too.

Perhaps now there's some links added with KRZ catacombs or NRZ NPC, or perhaps this black woman trigger some special dialog if you are possessed.

A player rumor is you'll get more recipes in shops/caravans, didn't felt it obvious.

If you come to Roaring forest at night, you'll meet a rather strange "couple" by the fire not far from the entranse. No XP, etc. - not a real quest but certainly an encounter most memorable.

One of my favorite! It really gives this game a such mystery feeling. And not conflicting with the reality about scientific possibilities. It might be like here too.
