Stuck on the Mountain Pass Bunker--missing ingredient for serum

I'm in the mountain pass bunker, everything is dandy, but I can't find the turbina corymbosa extract to finish the serum. I've looked everywhere, including on every skeleton. I know what the flower looks like IRL, but the flowers outside that resemble it to a T are unpickable. Can anyone give me a hand?

How did you get the bulkhead doors to open? I channeled power to the medbay but nothing I do seems to open the bulkhead doors

How did you get to the bunker in the first place? I have the permission from the castle, just don't know where to go next.

Hi! It's not a flower, it's a bottle with a flower solution. It's in one of the open closets in one of the labs!

You go back to the tavern place and talk to the guide again. After you get permission he'll take you to the bunker

I've found a purple liquid (in a room that was booby trapped) and a pink liquid (on a shelf right next to the liquid-mixture-desk thingy). It seems I am missing a third one. And what can I do about the big plant-like structure blocking a door that leads into caves?
