Fortune Teller Quest

Is this quest still in development? It's obvious that the Lenin mummy is a fake, I've even broken into the shack and spoken to him at night, but there's no option to report this to the fortune teller.

The quest is doable....
It is a little bit broken.
You need to breake in at night at a specific time when the guy who sells lenin tickets is sitting at the table with the mummy and drinking.
Then you have to talk to the ticket seller guy.
For some reason there is an intermediary state where the mummy is drinking at the table but the ticket seller is just standing around and telling you to go away.
You have to come back a bit later.

It also took me a while to figure out.

Or you know you can just kick the door in for which there is no penalty for some reason

Yeah but it's wierdly specific what you have to do; i.e. break into the house at a specific time of night. I reckon you should be able to use skill checks like attention or speechcraft to surmise the situation; there should be alternative solutions to a fairly simple quest.

Yeah, this quest just seems either bugged or simply unfinished. Would definitively be more interesting if Stat-based options were used instead. There's even an option in the day-time dialog about tickling the "mummy" - perfect opportunity to add a Sneak-based option.

Telling the fortune teller the mummy is fake seems to be broken but telling her it’s real seems not to be for some reason

the night.there a time when you enter he will give you the dialog .kept on trying.i have finish this quest.

yeah you can break the door at night and you'll see a funny couple inside....you can pickpocket them for some extra easy xp

That quest has a bug, endeed. I found the two men dinking at night but as the Fortune teller nuver ask me about this i can't answer that this is a fake.
i tied of that sort of game unfinished and without regard to the players. They call this discreetly : "early access".

i have done this quest before its not broken unless it broke recently i have not played in a bit
