can anybody tell me which help Yashin exactly needs?
this is a dead quest in my list since Yashin doesnt tell me again what he needs to accompish this quest.

I must admit.. its doing my head in trying to find someway to help him. Ive search high and low in the city in question for someone to talk to about this.

and it must be solvable. Quests that cannot be solved have a remarked added to them.

It's not really him thet you help.
He send you to Krasno, you must go down in the bunker downside there is 3 ppl, Yashin's friend is one of them, basically yashin friend is involved in coal supply in Krasno. There is another NPC in power plant that leads you to the same NPC.
This man just tell you why Yashin was "banned" and it's enough to valid the quest with Yashin but the real quest is the other which will lead you to Peregon in order to "securise" the supply lines. I'll will not spoil more on the supply lines quest but it will give you after valid it the possibility to work like a caravan gard.

Guy you wanna talk is living inside commerce bunker. Easiest way to access the area is; you need to complete otradnoye elections.

Then you can enter bunker for free(other wise you need to pay 3500 rubles if you pass the speech check)

It is pretty straight forward quest, dude explains you why he was banned so you go back and tell him the reason and quest is complete.
