Quest help please (SPOILERS)

Hello,
I played this game for 50+ hrs and thought I did all available quests (or finished till quest needs update) until I read about some quests because I cannot find a piece of the shield.
I know that the help I ask can maybe spoil my fun but I was planning a replay with the new update anyway. So here are my questions:
- How to proceed at the Whalen farm: I finally got the son allowing me entry (after spending a lot of cologne's to buff my personality and speechcraft) and then his dad is an even harder nut to crack. How high does my speechcraft needs to be to be able to make him talk about what happened there? I did a number on his daughter and now she is only dreaming and not speaking anymore.
- I read somewhere there is a quest about 3 brothers. I never got that one. Where and how does it start?
- I know I have to find a missing part of the shield in a mysterious cave. I don't find the mysterious cave. I have also read there should be some quest with a sniper, some people called Smirnov and Ludmila and the possibillity to hire a companion. Did I completely miss something?
- I don't seem to find Dunya's father and after the Shishak trouble at Dan's I don't seem to find Dunya anymore either.
- Apparently there is a slave quest where you can raid a slaver complex but the man who gives the quest (with the map in a bar in Kasnoznamenny) doesn't want to talk to me anymore for some reason. Did I miss something or did something wrong or maybe forgot to do something?

I know I'm asking a lot but maybe someone can give me some pointers as how to proceed with any of these quests. All help would be greatly apprecited.

aren't the Red mask gang a random event, were after the first encounter you find a note with info on the gang??? got attacked twice before i finally decided to go to peregon and start the quest (aka look for the person that will trigger the quest)

Valery is the guy at the drunken's lair that sells booze, one of the guards at the gates (the ginger) is Dunya's dad
Dunya + her boyfriend/husband/companion/soulmate/ soon to be cheated on partner .... is first found at the factory (dan's questline), however after you come and find the gang infighting inside the factory she dissapears only to appear at Red Fighter, after you cleared it out and start populating with ATOM people i.e. Pasha the technician, the bullet maker and the cook

I m talking about this quest: "The leader of the moonshiners, Petrovich, wants to find his old friend Valery! The man was Last seen nearby.... But where exactly - thats not trivial question."

I have six NPC in Drunken Lair and nobody is Valery....

As with //The Burning One// the couple never appeared in my game at Red Fighter. I frequent this place each time I play, to store material to make bullets, and to store all the trophy rifles collected in the game. Only the slave girl is here, and of course, the bullet maker.

I have slave girl at the bar in KZM. The cook is still at the Factory.

Obviously somewhere we got confused I thought you were talking about the guy looking for his daughter at the factory well the guys in the roaring forest the old friend the moonshiner is looking for he’s right next to the fire and if you went and talked to him after you receive the quest than you should go back to the moonshiner leader and report it

Thank you! Finally I found Valery! I was in the Roaring forest before the patches... but...I have last question: Is already done Dan's quest line? Catacomb in KZM member of gang in Peregon?

Hi, I have another questions. After parch 0.8.5 Who in Peregon is Shishlak contact? I cant find him, and how can I get in red container with three guys around? And catacomb under KZN, how can I get there?

The container is part of a quest that you get in kragsnomy though I will not reveal any more

I know, from the Guy on street, before cinema, but I talk with commander of guards of Peregon and he is involved too probably, but nothing happened after that, this is bad end of quest?
