Repairable Car: Factory

Can Anything be done with this for the moment. Ive tried to repair and use the wrecked car and nothing has happened.

so i started the mission to fix the car, however i have i need to tow it back to Otradnoye, my question, why can't i ask the trader that sits around near the filling station fortress , he has a truck, plus he NEVER has money or more than a few worthless things to trade

where do u start that quest?

after the Otradnoye's election, you get a dialog option from its former village leader (you'll find him at the bar)

ok i thought u need someone from the unfinished zone to advance that quest.i never made it to an election. the bandits send me to an unfinished location to talk to someone, who isnt there atm, and in otradnoye the leader wants katya to take his place but thats it, i cant talk to anyone or start an election.hope i havent bugged myself again.

You should get send to Peregon to meet some sort of bureaucrat in the bar.
The zone is not finished yet, but after you get the quest the person will spawn there.

so i did the car quest, you need gasoline guys, not diesel and 11k interesting turn of events, however i can't get a dialogue option to tell katya about kovalev's car or give her his gun? call me simple, but I LOVED the puddle design :)))

it's random generated - either you'll get lucky when you loot a corpse or a merchant sells it

when i try to fix the car it says "the car looks pretty good. But i wont to be able to fix it by myself"... then what? do i need an item in hand to fix it or something?
EDIT: Nevermind. found out what to do.
