I am getting a message though I when I try to lockpick the door to the jail and the commanders safe/office, that says "you cannot pick this lock" or some such thing, it's not the usual "you failed to pick the lock"

m gonna go back and go through 317, maybe there are some hints in there....
The highest you will ever need Lockpick without any items is 40, so if that's how high yours is don't raise it any further.
I don't remember a jail door I had trouble opening, sorry.
As for the locked containers the one with a "simple as my name" clue corresponds to a phone keypad. Just look up where the numbers are located
Can't help with the tarot cards since I think I just lockpicked everything lol but from hints online the code should be 0915
I did figure out the prison code though!! BUT there was nothing good in there.
Before I go back to Bunker 317 I'm going to go a little deeper in the lab and see if I can find all the tarot cards. My main is about to rank up so I need some more points!!
I have a total of 52 WITH my lockpick kit....lol
