Mountain pass of woes Bunker...
A couple of questions,

Should I even be here at level 16? I have not done the Bunker 317 yet, just killed the guys there. after they opened the door.

ALSO, I have found 3 tarot cards, and have read some notes all the way up to the Bio-Labs door, (are there more tarot cards in the Bio-Lab Sick bay?) SO I know the tarot cards have something to do with the prison, BUT, I have tried to figure it out with 3 cards and it just is not working.

How do i get the gun that the solder is talking about in his note? (I found some ammo for it...looks awesome)

These creatures that shoot out of the plants "seem" way above my pay grade, should I be here at level 16??

What does the note about the prison actually mean, some words are in quotation marks, is that some kind of code??

PLEASE help a brother out here, I have been 3 hours trying everything to get into that jail/prison.

317 is meant for levels 4-6 afaik. Mountain pass is maybe 11-13, unless something changed recently. My first time there I think I went with scoped SKS on my main, percussion pistol on fidel and sniper rifle on hex, don't really remember anything particulary difficult except the first room where the enemies are bunched together. Try not to aggro them all at once, and if a spitting plant spawns either hide behind corners or kill them first because they only take 1 shot to kill. As for safes, I think you can just unlock everything with about 70 lockpick, you should have the +30 lockpick item by then.

I have a +20 lockpick kit but not +30, and some glasses I found, but I don't think that with the kit I'm even at 70.

I'll check.

I am getting a message though I when I try to lockpick the door to the jail and the commanders safe/office, that says "you cannot pick this lock" or some such thing, it's not the usual "you failed to pick the lock"

thanks man, I feel better about being here, I did manage to take out a few mutants, I just have to save often to see where those plants are.

Each bunker is self-contained.

The highest you will ever need Lockpick without any items is 40, so if that's how high yours is don't raise it any further.

I don't remember a jail door I had trouble opening, sorry.

As for the locked containers the one with a "simple as my name" clue corresponds to a phone keypad. Just look up where the numbers are located

Can't help with the tarot cards since I think I just lockpicked everything lol but from hints online the code should be 0915

I did find a post farther down in the list in this forum that gives all the numbers of the tarot cards, and I figured out that code, but it doesn't work. I MUST need all the cards??

I did figure out the prison code though!! BUT there was nothing good in there.

Before I go back to Bunker 317 I'm going to go a little deeper in the lab and see if I can find all the tarot cards. My main is about to rank up so I need some more points!!

I have a total of 52 WITH my lockpick kit....lol

You don't need the cards, you can check a solution and apply it.

I noticed that there are some descriptions of some of the cards in a random note I found, I did end up solving it after all.
