Length/replayability?
Seems quite tempting but I'm curious how many hours one could get?Is the game worth it?

Hi. https://steamcommunity.com/app/552620/discussions/1/1646544348823317452/ in this topic a player states it's around 100 hours. I would trust him much more than the website linked, because these times are possible with minimal reading. The May update alone added at least 5-10 hours to the story. If you read dialogues, investigate sidequests and do most of the things possible in game, 100 hours is pretty much how it is, unless you are a very quick reader. As for replayability, well, we do have our share of players with 500++ hours played. My stats are not visible here, since I play development builds mostly, but I did at least 20 playthroughs.

However, to be honest, I've seen the game rushed through in the 30-40 and speedran even quicker. It all depends on how much you want to explore, read and do side quests in the end. I'd say it like this: the game has 120+ hours if you do EVERYTHING, including the very much hidden stuff. It will take two or even three times less if you skip side quests, skip dialogues, won't read notes and diaries scattered around. And since female and male, good and evil, and other kinds of playthrought are very different, if you liked your first playthrough, you will play it at least once more with another gender or another attitude to see the extra stuff.

As for is it worth it - it's for the player to decide. The game is pretty hard, far from modern graphics and UI wise, needs the player to keep attention, and asks the player to read a lot. If that's your thing, I'd highly recommend it. If not - better skip this one.

Also to answer OP question.
I´m on my 11. playthrough and have played 659 hrs. Average of about 60 hrs, the game gets shorter the more meta-knowledge you have.

When you replay the game you'll skip more and more dialog, and will read less and less notes and books. In fact the game is so open that you can ignore a ton of small tasks and quests.

Some stuff are cool to read multiple time, and there's some interesting alternate choices, but i'd say this game has a really good replay value only if you enjoy the combats and enjoy test various character or party building. With variations and trying different difficulties, three plays should work very well. If you enjoy combats and enjoy try different party/character building, it's more than 6 plays, easily.

For me it beats all records on number of plays chained after a first play beside for a game with very short campaigns, but even this one is going to be beat despite a Atom RPG play is about 10 time to 20 time longer.

My time recorded by Steam is totally wrong because I played a lot offline.

100 hours is more than enough honestly, I'd be happy with around 50 for this price:) And I usually try to do every side quest I can find, and I don't mind reading or not so good graphics, and I love games with good/evil choices. Thanks for such a detailed reply!

11 playthroughs, and you still enjoy it? That's awesome, thanks.

Sounds like I shouldn't worry then, thanks.

There's just so many things to try and when you've tried what you want to, try playing as a female character. There's some quests with different solution for females, and the world reacts different to you.

Bit of a necro but thought I'll give a little update.
Finally I ended up buying the game, hopefully I enjoy it and as I've said, if I can get at least 50h, I'm happy.. Thanks everyone.

I picked this up as well on the winter sale and I'm hooked. This is a gem! I'm about 30 hours in and it feels like I still have a long way to go
