[Spoiler Alert] Plz help me with Peregon Power Struggle Quest!

Just one-step before i finish the game, but I missed the Peregon Power Struggle Quest somehow.
When MC speaks to Fyodor Maksimovich, FM just keep saying "You go now. You must have a lot of tings to do", which is weird cus based on my memories MC did not reject him just said like "I'm off" during the first encounter. Now I can't trigger that quest, and I dont have saves before that happened.
Is there any way around it like console command or some file-editing so I could trigger the quest? Thx!

Hi. All quests were planned to be solvable at any stage of the game. I don't really understand the situation from your description, though. Can you please send your save to [e-mail] and write more clearly what the problem is? We'll check for bugs and repair it if need be, or send you some advice :)
