Try talking to the people in the Stalker base BAR including the guy who witnessed the murder when you first go down to the Metro. That could help.
And you retrieved the organ case for the guy at the station and it didn't trigger when you tried the leave through the tunnels?
Hmmmm, I am sorry dude, Dunno, I think you might wanna reload the easliest save and try again. Just bite the bullet.
BUT when you found him,
HOW THE HELL to survive the ambush ?
AGAINST 14 enemies in close range ?
Even BUFFED my char to 11-11-9-11-4-4
So is luck the only one, which would work ? as the str roll also failed now 2 times ...
you could not even hide and listen to the conversation !
Already tried all combination ...
maybe one thing I could imagine to talk to the stalker boss before you go there ...
PS: Tried it again with my STR 11 now it worked ... the mercs left , so no problem to get rid of them ...
here if you want to do it the hard way :-)

yeah thanks, now it worked with my str 11 , don't know why it didn't worked 2 times, when I tried ... so it worked the third time
Now even ALL ran away LOL apart the two main chars , who have been somehow unarmed !
And the fight against the mercs was the hardest in the game so far.
not sure what luck is needed since mine is maxed at 11, but:
-you get a blackscreen, and in the background you hear grenades being tossed and guns being fired, and much screaming and dying.
-when the screen is visual again, all the enemies are disarmed, 30% are outright dead, and others are stunned on the ground; all are injured to some extend already.
... just point and shoot. like killing rats. literally. fight is over in less than a turn.
BUT, and big but... I don't think you get anywhere NEAR the same loot drops, and this fight normally has the best loot drops in the game I think.
I went with the dex option on a second go round, and found a complete set of the best armor in the game (combat and hedgehog helm), and there were piles of weapons and ammo everywhere.
but of course, the fight needs a lot more management then. I highly recommend grenades.
in my fight, there were 15 enemies in total, surrounding you on 4 sides (NSEW) in tight groups of 3 or 4, all with AK47 or better weapons. perfect for tossing some grenades.
anywho, that makes 3 major fights I can recall that have hilarious and easy ending luck options to them:
-the fight when you try to leave the cannibal den after distracting them.
-the fight where you meet the gang who mugged you in the prelude
-this fight
in all 3 of those fights, the luck option completely trivializes them, in hilarious fashion.
once you have done that, and you try to leave the underground part of the looter base for the surface, you should be approached by the detective and told that there has been another killing.
just follow where that leads and you're done.
After you give the Morozko case to the "doctor" the next part of the quest starts, they quests are tied but you have no way of knowing why or how.
After that is speaking to some npc and going to a new location on the overworld map
