tawfik mozambique - to kill or not to kill
This game is very much unforgiven with the choices you make.
I’ve reach a point where I either give this Tawfik a bullet in the hand or let him hire me.

What I want to know is which path is better for the story and or character improvement via xp and loot.

More or less same XP and value of loot. Different dialogues, affiliations, etc, but exp and loot are more or less equal with all choices.

It actually ends identically no matter which way you pick, including Simon bailing to Dead City. Tawfik has you do more evil things, though.

I wouldn't say Tawfiq "makes you do more evil things", you end up killing a few more criminals, ye that's true, you actually get a bit more loot if you work with Tawfiq (if you decide to kill the extra criminals) but every last one of them deserve it.

For me it all came down to one dillemma: do i let Tawfiq live (if you work for him he won't be among the dead) but kill more other criminals or do i take a less violent route but do some dirty work for a guy from the creepy list (if you work for simon to the end he sends you to collect a creepy token for a trudograd merchant from bbq creepy list). I won't do dirty work for creepy list scummers so i chose not to kill tawfiq.

Story-wise, both choices will not affect ending.
Funny dialog with simon at dead city vs won't do dirty work for someone from bbq creepy list (never thought that dude is someone from list, thx Marty) I guess.

Ye the sick b*strd who orders to cut down and bring the tattoo via Simon Shpak questline is none other than "Andrew Kobyla", a merchant from Trudograd (his name is under Trudograd gourmands), i think the player has to actively ask who ordered this tattoo otherwise Simon doesn't tell.

Yeah, okay, Mr. Tough On Crime. I dunno, I didn't see anything morally equivalent to executing a defenseless drug courier then sawing his head off and stuffing a note in his mouth after he cries about his wife and kid while working for Simon. With decent first aid, you can even avoid killing the dude with the tattoo.

You don't have to execute the courier either, you can let him go just like that, it doesn't even change the quest at all. However cutting off ones tattoo (either alive or not) is sick, just sick; doing it for someone who probably collections such things is even worse (knowing the "gourmands" he might even want the tattoo so he can redraw it on some other poor chap and put him in his "private movie").
