complete map of dead city?

trying to find a complete map for dead city with all locations.

I found a location on the south side where you can rope down a ventilation shaft, but it says you can't open the door from this side.

you hear a woman though, and I'm guessing that's the "Larisa" that the ant man wants you to look for.

anywho...

-where is the other side of this access?
-where is larisa?
-what does the "strange key" I picked off of one of the scroungers on the beach open?

surprisingly, none of the walkthrough have maps or any detail on this area, except for where the bunker is located.

still could use a decent map if someone has run across one.
