Obviously I'm the one who doesn't read well.
It doesn't change that Dan doesn't want to get the fame that his mercenaries are killing people. It's why he wants murderer witness. Yes he is cold and bother only on the goal, but it's still for order, and for most. His goal isn't about making a gang but about bringing order.
By the way, did you also read what the sick bandit had to say about the situation with Otradnoye? He admits they never actually tried telling the villagers about the more dangerous threats, or that they really are protecting them. Your character even remarks they could have simply co-existed. Don't you realize? In the eyes of Otradnoye, the factory bandits ARE the threat.
Kovalev is only doing his best to prevent the death of the village, which as far as he, and the entire village is concerned is only being hastened by the bandits. It is stated by at least 3 people that the village is dying. Whether it is what happens in the game's ending is irrelevant. Kovalev is not fighting back in a misguided attempt at glory as you seem to think. There is nothing in the game that suggests this. Even the fisherman, who is against Kovalev, is only against him because in his eyes Kovalev lets the bandits do as they please.
There would be no Otradnoye in the first place if it weren't for Kovalev and co. Yan states the man built the village himself along with the first settlers. It's probable that another settlement would have appeared in it's place, but it would not be Otradnoye. Only understandable why the man does everything he can to keep the village alive.
Order isn't Dan's goal. It is a means to an end. He explicitly states that he is not doing what he is doing for anyone but himself.
"read all wrong" lol. You can check the game yourself. It doesn't take even 30 minutes to check everything I said.
My point of view isn't that superficial and will require erad and note along a full play and will require much more than 30mn, many comment are one time.
Kovalev will go get the guard, together they'll pick up Rat and go to the house with the basement.
They'll do some talking and the guard will kill him(Rat).
i killed him just fine but when i returned to town everyone was trying to kill me. took me 5+ trys and still dont know why they where all trying to kill me. u would think the guards would already kkow what i was doing
oddly enough atm points per AP is seems like the shiv is the best op knife u can have. all the others do only points more damage while costing far to many points early game... xD
But the Knukleduster is a fair enough option, I prefer it instead of managing with broke chance, I mean without the start knife.
Without start knife it's probably better to use Martial, even without any skill point spend in it. Past first levels it's only for weak combats anyway or you choose develop Melee or Martial, but then Martial weapons choice seems widely superior.
i did buy the support pack, prob would of bought something else if able to just to support the game makers. i do feel this game feels like a better KS game then alot i seen and or supported at one time or another.. just sad to see not many people buy game
I don't know anything about the super hero thing. I always pick a woman character and to avoid her suffer from hot I give here the Action Hero costume. :-)
